Changes in Monthly Mean Data

Interactive maps of average surface conditions can be clicked to create in-water profiles of salinity, temperature, or density. Options include mapping interpolated atlas data or individual data points from the database. Grade level: 5-8 or higher.

The Changes in Monthly Mean Data tool is available on our Salinity Data Exploration page, which also contains tools to explore historical data for any month at designated depths down to 1500m and changes over time in annual mean data.
